Throughout my career, I have focused on using graphic design as a powerful tool for communication and social causes.

Colourism in India is a critical issue that needed to be addressed head-on. When my sister shared her own experiences of being demeaned for her darker skin tone, I knew I had to use my skills to make a difference. That's why we joined forces to launch "Kaali" on Instagram – "Kaali" meaning black in Hindi, a term often weaponised against those with darker skin. Through this platform, I used my design skills to craft impactful illustrations. These illustrations weren't just visuals; they were tools to educate people about colourism and spark a conversation about this deep-rooted social problem. We didn't stop there – I wanted to inspire change, and my illustrations aimed to do just that, urging a shift in mindsets for a more equitable future.
